Our team at Superior Exterior LLC recently completed a new portico build in Pitman, NJ for a wonderful client. This project is a perfect example of how a well-designed and solidly constructed portico can completely change the character, functionality, and curb appeal of a home. As you can see from the "before" photos, this beautiful Cape Cod had a very exposed entryway. With just a small stoop, the front door was left open to the elements, and the home's facade looked a bit flat. Our clients wanted a solution that not only provided shelter but also looked like it was part of the home's original design.

Demian and his team did a major overhaul on our house this summer- Roof, windows, front facade (tore off failing/leaking stucco and replaced with cedar impressions vinyl), and they built a great new front porch/portico as well as a covered deck space for us in the backyard. The new windows have already provided a noticeable improvement to our comfort (no more drafts!) and the front portico has been great for packages and keeping rain out of the foyer.

It was a long process that admittedly had a couple hiccups (as you can expect with a big project like ours), but Demian handled them like a professional and the final product is everything we hoped it would be. You could tell that he prioritized our satisfaction- and that meant a lot to us. The neighbors have all been telling us how great it looks and we have not hesitated to recommend Demian's services. We have a few more projects left on the horizon for the next few years, and we will absolutely be going to Superior Exterior first.
